Traditional french farmhouse in a quiet rural hamlet. Perfect for relaxing country holidays in beautiful peaceful surroundings.

The house sleeps four in two bedrooms and is suitable for children aged eight plus.

ACCOMMODATION

Comfortable living room with inglenook fireplace and woodburning stove. French windows to the terrace. Satellite TV with English channels and radio stations (BBC etc. and freeview)/VCR, Radio/CD.

Well equiped spacious fitted kitchen with dining area.

Downstairs shower room with wc, hand basin, heated towel rail and washing machine.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both having access to the upstairs shower room and wc (via separate doors which can be locked internally to make the shower room en suite to either bedroom).

The house is detached and has private gardens of about half an acre.

Sit on the terrace admire the view..........

Listen to the absence of traffic noise.........

Pour wine, slowly munch baguette and contemplate possible activities.........

Seriously though all these activities are available in the locality, you only have to step outside the door to walk a marked trail down through the woods following a stream to the river Auvezere.
